PPA Negotiations: KSP Development manages every step of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) process.  A PPA is a financial arrangement in which a third-party developer owns, operates, and maintains the solar system, and a host customer agrees to site the system on its roof or elsewhere on its property and purchases the system’s electric output from the solar services provider for a predetermined period.

Project Management: KSP Development provides turn-key utility scale project management services.  Once the project starts, we successfully manage and control the process, including:

  • Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
  • Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
  • Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
  • Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
  • Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
  • Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
